5 well-deserved stars for this small restaurant in the center of Pisa, which runs along the Arno river in a unique, romantic, magical atmosphere. You can enjoy wonderful meat dishes. The ingredients are of the highest quality and the preparation of the dishes goes hand in hand. Peposo is the house specialty and it shows! The first courses are all unmissable and the series of wines they have available deserves a special mention, enough to lose your mind! The prices are certainly not low but they are compared to the level of quality that the place offers so if you pass by here, it will certainly be a wonderful experience to live in the alleys of Pisa.

My boyfriend came to visit me from Veneto (I study in Pisa) and we wanted to try something different from the typical Tuscan menu. We were lucky to find a last seat, as it was Saturday evening and the place was almost full. The service was very pleasant even in the choice of wine to accompany the dishes. Delicious first courses, the serving was spiced just right, and finally the desserts were also much appreciated. Clean and well-kept place. We had a lovely evening, highly recommended, I would happily go back!

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante in occasione di una piccola vacanza a Pisa guidati dalle recensioni. Cortesia nella prenotazione telefonica eccellente, siamo riusciti a trovare un tavolo per 4 persone nella prima parte della serata. Abbiamo ordinato un meraviglioso tagliere chilometro toscano : ricchissimo e con eccellenti prodotti toscani , salumi e formaggi crostini e composte , spettacolare. Abbiamo ordinato poi dei ravioli al sugo di brasato , Peposo e manzo accompagnato da un purè di zucca . Per finire torta alla nocciola con bicchierino di cioccolato e panna e cantucci con vin santo . Per accompagnare il tutto birra weisse. In foto quanto mangiato tutto veramente eccellente 35€ a testa. Giusto ! grazie di tutto

Dopo una visita su Tripadvisor decidiamo di provare questo locale, che offre sistemazioni sia all'interno che all'esterno. Si mangia molto bene, buoni i pici con ragù, il servizio è molto lento in quanto l'unico gentilissimo cameriere deve coprire tutti i tavoli e non è facile. Tagliere toscano divino.
