Siamo stati veramente bene.. era un po che seguivamo questo posto sui social e ci abbiamo cenato questo s. Valentino. Locale carinissimo con una parte scavata nella roccia!! Menu alla carta di carne e pesce, e volendo anche burgher.. lista dei vini interessante con vini locali e non. Io carne tartare di manzo ottima e bavetta arrotolata con pancetta e spinacina, fantastica e morbidissima. Lei, tartare di tonno e filetto di salmone su una marmellata di pere (passatemi il termine) . Tutto buonissimo e ben cucinato e accompagnato da salse e sapori superbi.. è una realtà giovane con proprietari e personale giovane, soridente e molto cordiale. Presto torneremo per assaggiare altri piatti o per provare il menù degustazione molto gettonato che propongono e che è molto gettonata ed interessante.. whisky e rum sufficienti. We had a really good time... we had been following this place on social media for a while and we had dinner there this year. Valentine. Very cute place with a part carved into the rock!! A la carte menu of meat and fish, and also burgers if desired... interesting wine list with local and non-local wines. I have excellent beef tartare and bavetta rolled with bacon, fantastic and very soft. Her, tuna tartare and salmon fillet on a pear jam (pass me the term). All delicious and well cooked and accompanied by superb sauces and flavours... it's a young business with young, smiling and very friendly owners and staff. We will be back soon to try other dishes or to try the very popular tasting menu that they offer and which is very popular and interesting... sufficient whiskey and rum. The menu is clear and you can find it on their web page.. Congratulations!!

Animated by an ad on Facebook I returned after nearly three years (due to COVID) to this charming restaurant in Tuscania. Advantage: you can park there 😉 but much more important than their location is the place itself. Partly built in the tuffo stone. The cooking is excellent, creative and of best quality. Further they have a huge wine cellar and also the wine by the glass can be chosen from different bottles. The service was fast, friendly. English spoken. It is also a nice place for a fast business lunch. I recommend to go there when you visit Tuscania, a wonderful city in Tuscia, Lazio.
