Civico 7 In Salò

Nice place but very expensive for what it is. Starter from the house was nice but nothing special. Homemade bread had baking defects. The cream was great for that. Buckwheat pasta with eel very good. The inside was modern but not my style, I was there for the food. Service nice. Super good Prosecco! Unfortunately no lunch menu.

Valid cellar, gurmet cuisine, service, quality, excellent, very tasty dishes, very chic...I feel like the chef...very pleasant friendliness, a must try...ah, I forgot I've been around so many places...there are so few exclusive places left.

Excellent food and super service

Very, very positive experience. The first thing that strikes you is the warm welcome from the owner and her collaborators. Even without a reservation at Easter, they immediately found a solution. The dishes are very refined, particular and tasty, of meat and fish, both sea and lake. I recommend the 4 or 7 course tasting menu, with great freedom of choice from starter to dessert. Among the wines, we chose an excellent Amarone. Price appropriate to quality and environment. Recommended, truly excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best restaurant in Salò. Always different menus, masterfully executed, welcoming and attentive staff. What else can I say... Try it.

Location located in the center of Salò near the Duomo. The interior is very elegant, refined and with attention to the smallest details to create an excellent atmosphere which is also found in the jazz and blues background music which really relaxes the customer. Lidia, the chef's wife who welcomed us upon our arrival, is a truly cheerful, friendly and helpful person, as is the rest of the very professional staff. We opted for the 7-course tasting menu. Think about it, Gian (and before starting the journey we were asked if we had any allergies or intolerances rather than ingredients that we didn't like to report) and it was a wonderful experience with exquisite and well-presented dishes (I I skipped all the dishes except dessert because I didn't know how to do it). At the end of the evening the chef went into the room to talk to the diners, going from table to table, something which is not to be taken for granted and which I rarely see done. Extremely kind and exquisite person who carries out his work with passion and attention even in the choice of excellent quality ingredients/raw materials. When booking I had mentioned my lactose intolerance and also in this case the wife's response left me pleasantly surprised when she informed me that they use lactose-free products and therefore there would be no problems. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Consigliato dal albergo ..cucina ricercata con porzioni minimaliste ...da cliente mi chiedo se ne vale la pena..carta vini leggera per la cucina che si vuole proporre . Comunque bravi per l'impegno..Prezzo corretto .
