A particularly intimate place where you can enjoy the right mix of vintage and modern.
Very close-knit and coordinated family management, homemade but refined dishes, excellent quality of the raw materials expertly worked by the cook.
The dining room service was excellent both in terms of professionalism and friendliness; good and calibrated service times between one course and another. Wide choice of à la carte wines with the possibility of choosing wine by the glass or bottle. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 😉
Small note: access to the toilets for wheelchairs is difficult.

A wonderful find. Thoughtfully crafted (and delicious) meals by a husband (host) and wife (chef) team. Attentive polite service and great food. Ample wine list. Ate here 2x and would have gone more but they were closed during the week. A must visit.

Rarely do I finish a dinner and be so excited about everything. From the setting, to the service, from the liver pate and truffle crouton to the fried rabbit, from the roast potatoes to the cheesecake in the glass, from the wine to the host and the cook, everything was absolutely PERFECT. It was the last evening in Cortona, otherwise we would definitely have returned.
It will be for next year. Well done, well done, well done

What a lovely bistro! Husband and wife team cooking delicious dishes. Tagliatelle ragu bianca was spectacular, raviolloni with pumpkin was heavenly, tartar was beautiful, lovely wines, lovely views, what more could you ask for! Thank you

This was a very good surprise.
The food was excellent and the service. very nice and friendly.
They also have a quite original document as a statement of their idea about what is a restaurant.
If you visit this lovely town, do not hesitate in eating at Cortona Bistrot!
