What can I say, I come here often and as always I find everything perfect, excellent quality-price, competent and attentive staff, above all with the intention that your stay during lunch goes in the best possible way, something that is not found in all restaurants . the quality of the food can be felt at every course, the freshness of the product reigns supreme. furthermore, the restaurant in its simplicity makes you feel at home, thanks also to the cleanliness of the rooms, which highlights the attention of the staff towards the customer. I definitely recommend their mix of starters, plentiful and tasty. as first courses, fregola and caserecce all'attilio with smoked swordfish, rocket, radicchio, cherry tomatoes and bottarga to finish it all off. (fabulous!) second course a nice mixed fried fish and then a nice sea bream cutlet in a carasau crust. For dessert one of their house cheesecakes KNOWING THEM I RECOMMEND YOU ASK THEM TO MOST ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE THEY OFFER. (You will not regret it)

A certainty. Every time I return I find the same warm environment. Delicious, first choice food. I particularly highlight the spaghetti with clams and bottarga and the grilled fresh fish. Staff with excellent professional and human quality. Well laid out and welcoming place. Prices appropriate to the service offered. Well done

I chose this restaurant based on the reviews and I had a great time. Pleasant to find all the tables occupied despite a Thursday lunch, better to book. I discovered that Cabras is famous for the processing of bottarga and I wanted to try it, fabulous!!! The tasting of all the starters (one starter is great for two) and the courses are really plentiful and the fish really fresh!!! I loved the linguine with artichokes and bottarga 😍 Perfect service, restaurant not to be missed, highly recommended! The video doesn't need words 😎

For a trattoria, the accurate service, the kindness and above all their modesty, simplicity makes the whole thing pleasant... among other things, the only place that knows how to exalt the botarga in every dish... both in the starters, the first, second courses... important for Cabras specifically... Compliments to the staff, chef 💯💯🫶

Last Saturday I had lunch in this restaurant, I was very pleased with both the food, quality and quantity and the very kind and attentive service. Correct cost for what I ate.
