I nostri amici, che abitano in zona, ci hanno portato a cena in questo ristorante per provare la vera cucina della zona. Confermo di aver trovato esattamente questo: tordelli, fagioli, salumi e il mucco (bovino della zona pisana). Molta griglia, visibile all'entrata! Come il menù, anche il locale, con più di 70anni di attività, l'ho trovato tipico. Molti elementi che richiamano alla zona e al territorio e, soprattutto, al vino, essendo anche enoteca. Forse un po troppo caldo, tra la griglia, le molte cose e tavoli. Atmosfera comunque accogliente e familiare. Personalmente ho mangiato bene: antipasto della casa e tordelli. Avendo preso un taglio di carne grigliato e con prezzo al kg, forse per questo abbiamo speso non poco. Ottima esperienza.

Il prodotto principale di questo locale è la carne in tutti i modi... Qualcuno di noi a scelto gli antipasti misti, altri le polpette, successivamente i tordelli, il mucco pisano... insomma... carne ... Servizio buono, carne ottima, il conto che non ho visto perché l'ha tenuto un'amica, mi è sembrato eccessivo...

Well kept and well looked after place, excellent service with a very nice Tuscan lady, exquisite food and a good selection of wines, highly recommended in the area.
