Il fatto che abbia due stelle Michelin garantisce la qualità e l’alto livello della esperienza culinaria, ma poi tutto questo va confermato dalla prova dei fatti Posso confermare che i piatti proposti nel menu degustazione “piatti storici” sono deliziosi e raffinati. Fanno sentire l’idea della Chef Valeria di proporre piatti della tradizione contadina maremmana. I vini, proposti ed abbinati ai piatti, sono all’altezza della cucina. Bene, bravi, bis!

A wonderfull and cosy place. The food is succulent, authentic and emotional. The wine list is huge with prices that ok for such a location. The staff is not invasive and very professional. A favorite. Thank you!

My experience at Caino starts from a memory of a previous dinner that I didn't hesitate to define as epic. This time I decided to try more dishes and chose the ancient flavors menu. It wasn't a happy choice. The eel with yogurt and samphire and soulless tagliolini with anchovies, turnips and dried tomatoes are quite anonymous. Unfortunately, an unrelated dish lacks a strong flavour. The pasta cannoli with duck and chickpeas are pleasant. The two second courses of cod and especially the beef tail are very good. Elegant environment, attentive and professional service and matching wines. Perhaps it was better to remain with a distant memory of a memorable dinner.

We were there for two consecutive evenings. It means we had a great time. This is the bistro of the famous Caino Restaurant, 2 Michelin stars. Open during the summer, you can eat on a beautiful terrace, or in a rectangular room, or at some iron tables along the beautiful romantic street in front of the restaurant. Focused food proposal, as well as the wine proposal. Lamb, Tripe and also Chicken Cacciatore are three monumental dishes. The others "only" very good. The girl who followed us is very good, always smiling and kind. But perhaps he could use some help: he often has to run and has little time to follow the tables.

Oggi sono stato a pranzo da Caino con gli amici e devo solo ringraziare. Ristorante 🔝 Ero stato qui molti anni fa, mi ricordavo di un esperienza superlativa ed è stata una conferma. Sono venuto insieme a un gemello( scrivo così perché Andrea capisce) e altri amici, abbiamo fatto un percorso degustativo scelto da Andrea ed è stato azzeccatissimo. Non sto ad elencare le portate ma dall' inizio alla fine è stato un susseguirsi di prelibatezze. Piatti presentati con cura, raffinatezza e dal gusto superlativo. Abbinamento dei vini stratosferico. Locale da favola, personale cortese e professionale. Grazie ad Andrea, al suo collaboratore in sala che mi sfugge il nome e chapeau a Valeria. Ogni piatto era una poesia, un emozione, una conferma di gusto e passione per la cucina, quella vera. Ritorneremo😘
