Andato con amici, personale e titolare molto gentili e premurosi, ambiente informale. Focaccia al formaggio, testo di farinata con 4 gusti ( normale, cipolline, salsiccia e gorgonzola) , una pizza in quattro, tutto veramente, ma veramente squisito, vino bianco della casa molto buono. Bellissima serata.

After years of confirmation, I have no doubts in saying that here you can eat the best farinata in Genoa and the surrounding area. I haven't been back here since before covid, but the quality hasn't changed. I tasted all the types of farinata offered (it's a shame that there are fewer of them than in the past, I couldn't find the "seasonal" ones which included - obviously depending on the season - artichokes, cod, asparagus and porcini mushrooms). You can order the pan of farinata (approximately 4 portions, but it is so good that it won't be enough) and choose up to 4 different toppings. In addition to the classic one, there is the one with onions (absolutely the best), with stracchino, with sausage and with gorgonzola. The cooking is perfect, it is not dry but not too greasy, crunchy but soft. Perfectly done. Other diners have tasted the pizza and it is also very good. The desserts conclude the meal worthily. The cost is average, but the quality and goodness beat all the competition. The staff are kind and friendly, always attentive to requests.

Cosa và Farinate a dir poco buonissime!!. Dolci della casa molto buoni Servizio al tavolo, nonostante al sabato sera, ottimo e gentilissimo. Conto in rapporto alla qualità del cibo più che giustificato. Cosa non và. Ambiente molto ben tenuto ma che avrebbe bisogno di un tocco di modernità.
