Typical "old" trattoria, welcoming in its clean simplicity. Very friendly and helpful manager, lots of quality food, excellently cooked. Abundant portions ranging from fish to meat. Everything really more than good. To try. Price in line for the quantity/quality, not excessive. It also offers local products (honey, wine, oil) at fair prices. The only flaw is that if you don't know it, you might struggle to find it...

Ligurian restaurant where you can taste local dishes immersed in a village where time seems to have stopped. We personally tried very generous doses for lunch.

Located in the center of Vessalico, the restaurant has space inside (1st and 2nd floor) and outside in the garden (covered and uncovered). Family run (Fabio, Giovanna, Fabiola, Maddalena, Isabella and Giulio) of Ligurian cuisine, still few people do it. Ravioli, tajerin, fried porcini mushrooms and carpaccio, courgette flowers, leek pie, Ligurian-style rabbit 🐇, garlic sauce accompanying the top... Fixed price Sunday with excellent quality/price and quantity/price ratio... 12 starters , 2 first courses, 3 second courses and a dessert trolley 🍰… All good and plentiful. If there is any advice to add, given the abundance of courses, eliminate those that are not strictly consistent with the menu of the Ligurian hinterland (e.g. remove the mussels). Excellent to recommend and return.

Perfect all around Lovingly and freshly prepared dishes, all of which taste excellent, in such a hospitable and pleasant atmosphere that we have very rarely experienced. It was a fantastic lunch and despite it being a weekday, the restaurant was very busy. Everything is uncomplicated and really nice. You can start with antipasti, which we definitely recommend. Actually, we were already full afterward, but there are such great dishes that we could hardly stop. Each one was excellent. We will have to come back to try the other dishes too. With or without a card, you can simply continue to be inspired in a relaxed manner, as easily as you like. The guests' wishes are taken into account attentively but unobtrusively and you can take your time and enjoy everything. Friendly advice or decision-making assistance for foreigners who don't know their way around very well is also a given here. For me, that was the most beautiful experience in Liguria, being able to eat so familiarly and well. Thank you very much for your hospitality, that is very special

Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale per lavoro, posto familiare ottima scelta di piatti, pietanze buone in abbondantissima quantità, consigliato per pranzi di lavoro se ci si trova in questi paraggi..

Trattoria nell'entroterra ligure, di conduzione familiare, ottimamente gestita. L'aglio di Vessalico la fa da padrone. Cibo buono e abbondante.
