We filled our hearts and bellies at Da Vittorio! It was a memorable experience that will stay with us for a long time. We were charmed by the food, the ambiance, and what made it the most special were the people. Da Vittorio is the epitome of comforting Italian hospitality and elegance.
We were delighted by the deep care placed into the details of our experience. From when we first checked into the hotel, we felt the warmth of the impeccable service. We were offered a rich and smooth hot chocolate which honored the story of how the owners met. For dinner, the owners greeted us with smiles and warmth that lasted throughout the evening, as he came over and checked on us multiple times. We couldn’t decide between the vegetarian and seafood tasting menu, so he offered us customized courses from both.
Now on to the food, which was incredible! Rooted in the Italian ethos of using simple, seasonal ingredients, the kitchen created refined classics with modern twists. Every dish was a hit. The seafood was so fresh. The langoustine with miso butter, broccoli risotto with shrimp, paccheri in a creamy tomato sauce… all elevated dishes with nuanced flavors and textures that we will be dreaming about.
We loved the tranquil surroundings of the property as well and found it to be the perfect escape from Milan. We appreciated everything about our experience at Da Vittorio. Here — love, family, and food come together to create true magic!

Chicco and Francesco are truly two exquisite people who welcome you from the first moments with warmth, kindness and maximum availability in their restaurant-oasis (stupendous location). I found it extraordinary that Chicco remembered the preferences of my friends, who were already guests, but not very recently. In fact, they were the ones who declared themselves pleasantly surprised by this. The staff were also an essential part of our fantastic experience: friendly, helpful, professional... we had a pleasant chat with some of them. Furthermore, the very kind sommelier also clarified some doubts for me by providing me with some interesting and exhaustive information. At the end of the culinary journey, Roberto Cerea also greeted us: nice and kind like his brothers.
As for the sins of gluttony, everything is interstellar. The entire tasting process carefully followed our needs, based on what we had requested from Chicco. Stratospheric deer carpaccio, the various delicacies based on extremely well-balanced foie gras, delicious paccheri with the characteristic sauce (of which I took home a "souvenir"), the delicious gourmet soup, incredible savory leavened products (each of us had made a trio of trios ...) and, finally, top pastry shop. An extraordinary culinary experience in which the mastery of the chefs is recognised: ingredients of the highest quality and extreme refinement of flavours, in addition of course to the impeccable plating.
In conclusion, 3 well-deserved Michelin stars: hospitality, food, atmosphere and location at the top. An experience that I will certainly repeat and that I recommend to everyone. The price is right in relation to what has been said.

Stunning location. Separate à la carte restaurant from where the events are held, which is still beautiful, with a swimming pool and an outdoor terrace complete with pizza ovens.
I tried both the Cantalupa banquet service and the Three Michelin Star Restaurant and this is exactly what I want to tell you.
Amazing welcome, plenty of staff.
Exceptional atmosphere sitting at the table.
Very elegant furnishings, crystals and porcelains of the highest quality.
The tasting menu looks like a long Christmas lunch from times gone by with surprises one after the other, when the guests brought some goodies for all the other guests to taste.
We start by tasting the freshly harvested vegetables from the vertical garden located inside the Cantalupa. We then proceed with a tasting menu of the highest level.
Very knowledgeable sommelier and excellent pairing also for wine tasting.
In my opinion, a tasting menu must have the task of making you taste, above all, things that you would never choose, due to personal tastes, because you don't know what it is, etc.
So don't read the menu, but enjoy it.
And the taste here will leave you speechless.

Once the menu is finished, the surprises begin.
Pastry Ferris wheel.
Then comes the passage with the carousel of leavened products.

Then a cabinet of bon bons, sweets and sugared almonds.

Ah but it's my wife's birthday.
Well, it's not just a simple candle that arrives, but a balloon tied to the dessert plate that leaves us speechless.
In its simplicity an exaggeratedly wonderful find.
Chicco and Bobo always walked around the tables, always very hospitable, even though the place was packed with people on a Tuesday lunchtime.
I'm writing this review a year later after returning last week for an event, but this experience deserved to be remembered.
Which is not a lunch, but a journey, a journey into the taste of what I consider to be the best restaurant I have ever tried, this very journey, even though a year has passed, is here printed in my mind.

Difficilmente lusso ed eleganza vanno a braccetto con l'atmosfera familiare eppure Da Vittorio, mi sono sentita una pricincessa ma coccolata come a casa.
Il servizio è curato, cortese e professionale.
I piatti sono un susseguirsi di sapori gustosi, veraci, ghiotti. I famosi paccheri sono un vero spettacolo così come lo è la ruota dei dolci al termine della degustazione.
Ho trovato piatti della tradizione ma così curati e calibrati nei sapori da essere irripetibili per la loro bontà. Gusti rotondi, decisi ma accoglienti, come solo i piatti di famiglia sanno essere.
Davvero un'esperienza meravigliosa , un regalo che spero un giorno di poter nuovamente rivivere.

E’ mia convinzione che, quando vai in un ristorante stellato, tu debba poter assaggiare delle preparazioni che siano praticamente impossibili da riprodurre tra le quattro mura domestiche, è un patto non scritto che deriva dall’esperienza di aver avuto il privilegio di mangiare in diversi ristoranti stellati o comunque di alto livello.
Per ciò che attiene alla mia esperienza in questa famosa location posso affermare che questo patto non scritto non è stato rispettato. Intendiamoci, la qualità del cibo era eccellente, tuttavia ho trovato le proposte del ristorante piuttosto tradizionali, difensive e a tratti persino banali. Non si osa e la master piece poi dei famosi paccheri è un pò deludente, possiamo girarci intorno quanto vogliamo, ma è pasta al pomodoro. La piccola pasticceria finale, al netto della ruota panoramica, non lascia il segno. Menzione speciale invece per il tonno e gli spaghetti di tonno in salsa di bagna cauda. La location è incantevole, il servizio resta un pò “pressante” considerato che i camerieri sconsigliavano ai commensali di allontanarsi dal tavolo perché era imminente l’arrivo di un piatto. La location è ottima e la cortesia ai massimi livelli, ma io non ho esattamente l’anello al naso e da un 3 stelle mi aspettavo di avere molti effetti wow che invece hanno latitato.
