I rediscovered this historic restaurant in Vicenza, the first time was more than thirty years ago. The restaurant has maintained the imprint of the time and the dishes are also traditional from Vicenza. The open kitchen certainly makes an impact as soon as you enter, especially the large fireplace which is suitable for both meat and fish. The staff I must say are very friendly. Recommended for my tastes, the cod and the grilled meat.

Dopo tanti anni sono tornata qui per una cena con amici e sono stata felice di vedere che in termini di qualità della cucina non è cambiato nulla! L’ambiente è molto accogliente e tradizionale, il personale super gentile e amichevole. Il menu offre una bella scelta di piatti della tradizione veneta (e non), con alcune specialità che non si trovano ovunque. La pasta fatta in casa è buonissima, mentre la costata di Fassona che abbiamo preso si scioglieva in bocca. Anche i contorni erano ottimi. Prezzi in linea con la qualità e il servizio. Tornerò sicuramente.

27/03/2024: Classical Italian restaurant with large tables. Ideal for group dinner as well as business ones. Seasonal and local dishes. Great choice of Italian wines. Excellent service. A bit noisy when crowded. Outdoor seating available. Good price for the quality and service. Reservation is highly recommended because can be really crowded. .
03/03/2024: Absolutely super delicious!! I went there for lunch during a business trip. Both the first course and the second were great but very filling. It was almost too much. For the first course I had a typical Italian pasta dish and for the second course I had meat with radicchio.
