The food was phenomenal and the way the drinks were paired with the foods was 🤌10/10. The staff was very professional and knowing. The stories behind the dishes were very well put together with knowledge and lot of research wich i respect very much. The place was beautifully and simply decorated with the lights and every little detail was on point. (Quick shoutout for putting lotion in bathroom). The whole experience was a amazing ride filled with awe, laughter and crying. Never have i ever went to a restaurant and cried my eyes out… would definetly recommend visiting this place, its a must if you are into different culinary experiences and enjoy good food and a good show. This is not just a restaurantits much more. Will remember this for the rest of my life. Thank you!❤️ Also im looking forward to seeing the pet capybara next time :D.

Unique experience that goes far beyond eating well. It's not a restaurant, but it's not a show either. Rather, a place where I reflected and retouched myself for a while. Not only did I enjoy the food but I also felt the connections with the music, the atmosphere and the scents... sometimes giving me goosebumps. Some dishes were good, while some were mediocre. I understand the work that the chef and his team put into creating these dishes, but they lost the flavor somewhere along the way. The price does not match the taste and ingredients of the dishes. The shocking price is €60 per person for alcohol, of which there was very little in total. I don't know if we drank a glass of wine per person - shocking. Before going to this dinner, be sure to drink a bottle of wine :) further issues that unpleasantly surprised us were: the waitress asking for a tip and a survey. we also received a tiny jar with dried grapes to smell and taste the contents with our fingers, which was later taken away, probably to other customers. We realized that everyone tries this - yuck. 🤮

If there were words to describe this dining experience, I’d use them. If I used them, I’d exhaust them. There are simply not enough ways to explain the absolutely amazing experience we had. This was a random last minute booking for expectations sort of unknown - but based on the hundreds of 5 star reviews, even as foodies we were uncertain. As someone who travels globally often, I can tell you with certainty there is no dining experience that exists like this, and if there is - it’s not one I’ve ever encountered. We left full in mind, body and heart and look forward to visiting again in the future. PLEASE, go make a core memory. The impeccable detail to service, presentation and truly this “show” will go unmatched for years to come. Cheers from Maine, USA.

Ayahuasca è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile, dove mi sono stupita, meravigliata ed emozionata ad ogni portata. Una cena di fine dining, uno spettacolo teatrale, ed esperienza multisensoriale....complimenti a Federico ed al suo staff per la dedizione e la passione nel creare Sensorium!

Nice experience but that's all. The lady who served us was really very kind and clarifying. The food was good, not something special, you can experience better tastes along the Milan.

Non una semplice cena ma una vera e propria esperienza che ha coinvolto tutti i sensi. La cura del dettaglio parte dall'ambiente e dalla narrazione che è stata abilmente pensata e messa in scena dalla giovane brigata che ci ha guidati in un viaggio "spaziale" I patti sono accompagnati da suoni, luci, colori che sorprendono il commensale che è anche spettatore e protagonista al tempo stesso. Le portate sono state tutte di nostro gradimento, anche le più particolari trovano un senso all'interno del percorso, a volte sorprendendo e a volte seducendo il palato Torneremo sicuramente per provare nuovi percorsi. Siamo rimasti affascinati dalla creatività e dalla fantasia degli autori di questa bellissima esperienza.
