The best pizzeria in Reggio Emilia. There are no doubts. The pizza is monstrously good, they use ingredients based on the seasonality of the products and constantly change the menu. Refined, gourmet pizzas, with truly unique flavours. You have to book weeks in advance, because the place is small and there aren't many tables. Better to eat there than take away, because the pizza is really good if eaten on the spot; if it is put in the pizza box it completely changes the flavour. Absolutely worth trying at least once in your life. Then you will always go there, guaranteed

One of the three best pizzerias in Reggio Emilia and its province. High quality dough combines with first choice ingredients in a winning combination. If you also love flavors that are a little out of the ordinary... well, you might be surprised. Excellent appetizers.

Pizzeria outside the box. Excellent service. Delicious homemade desserts. The pizza, even with cereal flour dough, is a surprise for the palate. I highly recommend it.

Pizza davvero ottima in questo locale. Abbiamo provato l’impasto a lunga lievitazione (72h) che è risultato davvero molto digeribile. Stesura ridotta e un bel bordo morbido e alveolato. I topping sono tutti molto allettanti e per ogni tipologia di pizza viene consigliata una birra. Siamo rimasti sul classico con una Napoli 2.0 e una Regina Margherita. Ottimi anche i crocchè! Servizio rapido e cortese. Necessaria prenotazione in quanto il locale è piccolo e sempre pieno. I prezzi sono in linea con il prodotto offerto. Bravi!!!

La pizza è veramente buona e il menù ha tante scelte, alcune molto interessanti e particolari. Ottimo l'impasto. Il servizio non è stato al livello della pizza: il cameriere di fronte ad una domanda inerente al menù è stato piuttosto sgarbato nelle risposte. Per finire: abbiamo chiesto la carta dei dolci e ci è stato detto che sarebbe venuto un cameriere ad illustrarci i dolci disponibili, ma dopo 30 minuti di attesa ancora non era passato nessuno, perciò siamo andati.

24/03/2024: La Piola is an institution in Reggio Emilia, pan pizzas with only 2 flavors but you won't miss other options, eat them folded in half while walking or take them home to reheat, they're delicious! Very fast and very courteous service, good.
16/03/2024: Very good pizza, shame that there are few flavours, only anchovies or margherita, you should make a courgette pizza with stringy cheese or pumpkin, very special, a nice idea, but the flavors must be added
