The best place to have lunch or dinner! High quality food, seven or eight courses, all excellent, well prepared, well imported and served strictly to perfection! Exceptional waiters and chefs! Also very kind and helpful at the reception! The internal cellar is very nice, with an excellent selection of wines, which can also be consulted on the extensive wine list! Unique atmosphere, a place that works really well, I think it is the best place where I have ever eaten traditional Piedmontese dishes/cuisine, with a lot of imagination in the preparation of the dishes that make everything of a superior level, combinations, sauces, decorations that are spot on and well study! I highly recommend it!
