Distinto Ristorante In Isernia

We decided to have lunch at Distinto on the occasion of our anniversary. The atmosphere of the place was calm and welcoming. The service was excellent, the waitress was present but never seemed intrusive. We decided to try the Istinto tasting menu and the dishes were all delicious. Quality ingredients revisited by the chef, sometimes in an oriental style. The courses featured ingredients of different consistencies and flavors (sweet, salty, sour) well balanced between them, which made the dishes not only excellent but also pleasant to discover and taste. Right value for money for us. In the end, they also gave us a welcome surprise to celebrate our anniversary. They were very kind and we will definitely come back to try the other dishes.

Un amico di Isernia continuava a elogiare questo ristorante finché non abbiamo deciso di fare questa deviazione dall'Adriatico (eravamo a Pescara!). Senza pretese al esterno ma una volta entrati all'interno molto elegante e moderno. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Fabiola (sorella di Vincenzo) e portati al tavolo. Poi si parte con piatti strepitosi e un susseguirsi di emozioni al palato. Si inizia dagli antipasti con un uovo croccante su fonduta di caciocavallo e tartufo. Tartare di manzo del salmone affumicato poi i primi deliziosi e gustosi. Il tutto accompagnato da ottimi vini della regione. Complimenti allo chef Vincenzo e a Fabiola: veramente cortesi, attenti, professionali, e anche simpatici. Noi ci torniamo sicuro!

Very well-kept and characteristic location in the heart of the historic centre. Extremely friendly and professional staff. The quality of the food is excellent, excellent attention to detail in all dishes. We had dinner for two people choosing the tasting menu and we were very satisfied with both the quality and the price, in big cities such cuisine costs a lot.

If you happen to be in Isernia you cannot miss the sublime experience of this little jewel. In fact... make sure you come to Isernia even just to go to Distinto, you won't be disappointed. The restaurant has the right size to be pampered and feel at home: elegant and intimate. Nice atmosphere, right light, calm colours. The cuisine is superlative: experimentation and tradition find the right balance, as do the Molise dishes with the Sicilian ones. Everything perfect, delicious, in generous portions. For me I would give it two stars, Michelin, but I sincerely hope they maintain their character and authenticity. I forgot very honest prices. Well done, well done, well done

Non trovo difetti in questa giovane impresa del buon gusto basata sull'incredibile lavoro di ricerca di una giovane coppia molisana/sicula che ha saputo fondere l'estro, la qualità e le tradizioni di queste due splendide culture culinarie, con ottimi risultati anche nel confronto con il difficile tema "molecolare" Pietanze ricche, contrastanti ma sempre ben amalgamate, accompagnate da vini di qualità e bollicine "made in sud". Quantità mai risicate e "aeriformi" Che dire... stella michelin in arrivo? Mi sa di sì. Già un buon motivo per venire ad Isernia!

Personale cordiale e molto attento al cliente. Ambiente piacevole e ben curato. Menù degustazione da 45€. Presentazione e varietà dei piatti di ottimo livello. Qualità delle singole portate ineccepibile. Un'esperienza consigliata per chi si trova a passare in zona.
