Dolce Pizza In Cossato

Delicious pizzas, especially the mortadella and pistachios!

There has been new management for a few months. Wide variety of pizzas, excellent gourmet ones and variations with seasonal ingredients. (E.g. Pumpkin cream, figs). My favorite is the vegetarian one with wholemeal dough, baked vegetables, fjord milk and pesto. Friendly staff. Super recommended.

After the change of management of the place, the pizza is even better, especially the gourmet ones. Compliments!!

Returning to Turin, in Biella we make a detour to go and get pizza in this small take-away pizzeria that many people have told us about. A pizzeria that translates all the Neapolitan knowledge into more northern tastes (less soft and crunchier pizza). The new owner, a former employee, has started truly exciting research into raw materials and combinations. The pizza with pumpkin cream, chestnuts and speck was magnificent. The organization will certainly improve over time and perhaps they will have to expand (also to have a few tables), but as a Turin native I tell you to trust them. They make excellent pizza!

Pizzeria da asporto con due posticini per sedere e mangiare, abbiamo assaggiato tre lizze gourmet eccellenti che a Torino avremmo pagato 18€ l'una...impasto ottimo, materie prime di ottima qualità, personale disponibile e gentile. Davvero una scoperta notevole!

Da qualche mese c’è una nuova gestione. Ampia varietà di pizza, impasto molto buono. Ci sono anche delle varianti speciali come la crema di zucca o i fichi. La mia preferita è la vegetariana con verdure, fiordilatte e pesto. Consigliata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
