Eclipse Bistrot & Restaurant In Cagliari

First visit to Eclipse. Enjoyed our Valentine's dinner. Food and service were excellent. Calamari was prepared a bit differently than we've had before - recommend giving it a try. Pork chop was very tasty - large portion - taking some home. We will be going back.

Nice little place with great service. I was in the mood for a burger and they didn't disappoint. Definitely recommend.

We came to Eclipse to catch up with our main man Nick. His table side swag adds a fresh flavor to the dining experience. We started off with Brussels and Cauliflower. The tomato Bisque will never disappoint and for our Entrees my fiancé had the scallops and I had the salmon. Both dishes were recommended by our server and they did not disappoint. Everything was fantastic I also highly recommend the chai espresso martini. Let’s run this experience back! Thanks Nick & Eclipse Staff!

Quality food. Great selections and some unique cuisine! Nicholas was our server. He was friendly, fun and attentive. Everyone in our party enjoyed their dinner. Recommended 👍👍

Outstanding waitress. Food was delicious and well prepared. However; due to heavy salt content, we both were very thirsty in the evening until the next morning. "Open table" sitting once again leaves something to be desired.

Wow! I could not sleep without sharing my review! What a awesome dining experience from calling before coming in to see if there was any available seating, talking with Justin to help accommodate my needs in my time frame! He was very nice on the phone. To entering, meeting the wonderful staff especially Andrew(the bar tender) that provided such a great welcome at the bar! Great great hospitality! Made my time being there very special I forgot that I even had a busy work weekend! I was immediately relaxed! I first ordered the “Cosmo Blanco” (heard it was a woman’s fave) and now it’s especially mines! To starting with the appetizer the asparagus fries! I’m a vegetarian so the dish was a perfect tasty start! Seasoned perfectly! 👍🏾 To following up with my entree the vegetable full filing pot pie ! Such a great comfort dish to enjoy on a chilly evening! And last but not least I tried my first dessert drink and Andrew made me the best CHOCOLATE MARTINI! Wow! Perfection I even asked if I could add whip cream. He delivered and also added a cherry on top! Such an amazing blessing to be dining in a restaurant who really care for their guests! I will definitely be returning now that I know Andrew is there everyday except Tuesday! Cheers to that! 🥂 Thank you Eclipse!!!!!
