Excellent dinner, well-trained, friendly and attentive staff. Very welcoming location. We ordered a plate of red fjord beef. Before cooking we were shown the cut of the meat and the weight (1.3 kg) was indicated. The meat is served on a hot plate in order to maintain its temperature. If it cools down, it is heated again. Wide choice of wines.
