Special occasion celebrated today, pampered by the staff who are very attentive to the needs of the diners, the variations proposed for the meat menu are tasty and plentiful; flavors and accompaniments with excellent wines. What can I say, fairytale-like. The quality of the raw materials and the preparation of the staff deserve top marks. Well done.

Particular place, clean, excellent organization, excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and prompt staff. Excellent quality food, both fish and meat, perfect wine pairings. Highly recommended.

Il ristorante non mi ha affascinato nel complesso, ma è indiscutibilmente raffinato e accogliente. Menù: portate di pesce e carne con proposte gustose e ben presentate. La qualità delle materie prime è di altissima qualità. Difficilmente si riesce trovare una qualità così alta nei ristoranti (anche stellati). Le porzioni sono molto abbondanti (a mio parere) ed alcune le ho considerate più per 2 persone che come portata singola. Servizio: sicuramente professionale, ben preparato e cortese. Unica pecca (per la mia esperienza) è stata l'attenzione ai particolari. Se si mette il vino lontano dal tavolo, occorre essere attenti che l'ospite non rimanga mai senza vino e spesso mi è successo di doverlo chiedere (aspettando di vedere un cameriere. Nulla di grave, ma visto il target di questo ristorante è una cosa che non dovrebbe succedere. Carta dei vini: il ristorante si chiama Enoteca Centrale. La carta dei vini rispecchia alla perfezione il nome: ampia proposta con vini pregiati e difficilmente provabili in altri ristoranti. Conoscendo il costo di alcune bottiglie ho trovato ll ricarico sulla singola bottiglia eccessivo sia rispetto al prezzo "in cantina" sia rispetto ai prezzi che si trovano nella maggior parte dei ristoranti. Conto: è stata la vera nota dolente della serata. Sapevo che sarebbe stato una cena molto cara, ma non mi aspettavo così cara. Come detto la qualità proposta è ALTISSIMA, ma il costo è veramente eccessivo (l'esempio dei vini citato sopra credo sia indicativo). In conclusione sono contento di aver provato questo ristorante e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia assaggiare materie prime eccelse e piatti ben realizzati, ma si prepari ad un conto veramente salato.
