I shared a tasting menu with a friend visiting Biarritz. A taste wonder and truly local. The wine proposition was perfect. And finally, super friendly service. I can't wait to come back! Thank you to the whole team for this dinner that I will not forget!

At the theater this evening a play in 10 acts performed by Epoq.
The dishes follow one another in a farandole of pleasure. The ingredients are raw, local and always a twist that will make Night Shyamalan green with envy. The red thread is the flame, the fire marking.
All this staged by a team in the kitchen and in the dining room that will make your head spin.
Run there!

New culinary experience. The place is beautiful and original with its kitchen open to the room where you can see the team working with professionalism. The service was perfect. The dishes were excellent, sturgeon and its accompaniments (delicious puree and spinach slightly grilled which made them even better) Slight downside the wine chosen was good but ultimately not to our taste and the starters good but too timid compared to the excellence of the dishes. We will come back. Too bad we cannot add 4.5. The establishment greatly deserves it.

Siamo venuti apposta da Catania perché degli amici ci hanno parlato benissimo di questo ristorante. Location raffinata e curata in ogni dettaglio, la cordialità dello chef Corrado e la gentilezza di sua moglie Melania ci hanno conquistato subito.
Una particolarità del menù sono i salumi di pesce della casa, e il pesce frollato preparati con cura dallo chef.
Il salame di tonno e mardorle di avola ha deliziato i nostri palati. Il sushi così buono e delicato ci ha fatto fare il bis.
Una coppia di giovani che ha saputo investire sulla qualità, dedita al proprio lavoro non può che essere elogiata.

Locale piccolo con clima familiare cibo ottimo fatto dallo chef in modo innovativo
Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto di pesce ma non il classico e poi pesce che spiegato dallo. Chef prima frollato con diverse tempistiche e poi grigliato
Devo dire tutto ottimo accompagnato con grande accoglienza e gentilezza
