Impeccable food, service and environment, with great attention to detail. Discreet and very trained waiters. The only flaw is the prices....for a vegan/vegetarian restaurant I think they are too high.

A trip It is difficult to put into words the incredible experience I had at the Erbavoglio Restaurant. It exceeded my every expectation. The flavors I savored here were simply divine, each bite was a discovery of new tastes and combinations that made me appreciate the richness of vegetarian cuisine even more. In particular, the skillful use of ingredients such as capers and oregano gave a depth and intensity to the dishes that delighted me. But there is a dish that has won my heart and my palate in an unforgettable way: cauliflower couscous. I never would have thought that a simple vegetable could be transformed into such a sublime dish. The delicacy of the cauliflower, combined with its texture, was enhanced by a combination of spices and aromas that literally made me close my eyes in pleasure. In addition to the extraordinary culinary quality, I must also highlight the excellent service I received. The staff was attentive, courteous and always available to satisfy my every request. The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and relaxing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, the Erbavoglio Restaurant is a true jewel for lovers of vegetarian cuisine. I highly recommend anyone who wants an unforgettable dining experience to pay a visit to this magical place. Like artists in the kitchen they play with flavour, tradition and vegetable ingredients... there should be more place like this

First time for me in a vegetarian restaurant, under the advice of my girlfriend, excellent experience, everything taken care of down to the last detail, it has become our favorite restaurant, we will definitely be back, thank you for always bringing Italian cuisine to the next level

Wonderful food. We tasted the five course menu, every course was absolutely delicious. Best we liked the artichoke dish - we never had tasted artichokes like this, although we eat lots of them. OK, the price. This is not a cheap restaurant, but definitely worth the money. Very friendly staff, too. We look forward to come again.

In my opinion overrated. Beautiful dishes and at first glance very good but after a while the flavors become too strong and the dish is difficult to finish. We were at the tables at the entrance of the place and in my opinion they should really be taken away, they give little atmosphere. I give 4 stars just for the novelty but I wouldn't go back.

Well furnished place and services I look forward to. We tried the tasting menu and were very satisfied. We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu too.

Molto buono ma… dispiace criticare un luogo incantevole e dove ho mangiato cmq bene. Ci siamo tornati dopo 5 anni e i prezzi sono altamente lievitati. Ai miei bimbi ho preso due piatti di tortelli senza crema di parmigiano e invece di 22€ ce li ha fatti pagare 20€ a piatto!!!! Una follia! Abbiamo speso molto meno noi con le tagliatelle al tartufo!!!! Secondo me è davvero esagerato ed eccessivo! Purtroppo non ci ritornerò più!
