I came today alone and I really enjoyed myself as well as having eaten very well, the menu is rich and varied and you can see that the quality of the ingredients is truly excellent, very kind and friendly staff, the location is very beautiful and simple, I will definitely return

I tried donkey meat for the first time. I didn't even expect to find something like this on the menu. The prices are so and so, a bit high. For example, a whole baked potato with a slice of cheese on it is not really worth 10 euros. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service good.

La carne è il piatto forte del locale che si presenta spartano ma molto caldo e accogliente. Vasta scelta, personale gentile. Piatti ben cucinati e presentati. Qualità molto buona. Prezzi elevati, sopra la media e lievemente eccessivi per l'offerta. Attenzione ai vini, carissimi. Lo consiglierei se si vuole fare bella figura ma non se si vuole risparmiare.

Location elegante ed accogliente. Carni pregiate cucinate con passione e cura. Servizio cortese. Silvia ed Eusebio sono due padroni di casa impeccabili! Ottimo posto, tornerò volentieri.

16/02/2024: Il ristorante si trova all’interno del Zash Country Boutique Hotel; gli ambienti sono caldi, accoglienti e ricchi di storia e natura. Le sale sono state ricavate intorno e dentro la vasca dove, in passato, si fermentava il vino. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione "I MIEI 10 ANNI DA ZASH" dello Chef Giuseppe Raciti, una stella Michelin. Sei portate di “pura goduria” ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stato “IL MIO UOVO CROCCANTE” che non descriverò perché è assolutamente da provare e “IL TORTELLO 40 TUORLI” con amarena, parmigiano e tartufo. Servizio eccellente, personale di sala molto cordiale e professionale. Grazie.

27/03/2024: We had lunch in this charming place after our tour to Etna - and what an experience it was! Their restaurant serves an exceptionally good and reasonably priced daily menu with a selection of antipasti, pasta, main dish and dessert - complemented with great wines of the place's own vineyard. It would already be enough for 5 stars, and I haven't mentioned the wonderful panorama to the sea in the foothills of Etna. By far my favourite gastronomical experience during my stay in Sicily - grazie!
18/03/2024: It's a guarantee to go for Sunday lunch here. Excellent quality food and wine as well as kindness and friendliness.
