We ordered a mixed cheese and sausage board, parmiggiano tartufo pasta, carpaccio di lonza e parmigiano, pinsa David and a hamburger (very good, by the way).

The raw ham has a mild taste and leaves a fragrant taste in your mouth after eating it. The 36-month-old cheese paired with 10-year-old balsamic vinegar has a great flavor. The salami in the middle tastes very gentle. For a Taiwanese, there is no problem with being too salty. It is a perfect meal.

Friendly staff and decent food. Although the carbonara isn’t how I expect the taste is, it was admirable to have their own farm to make cheese and meat. I would have preferred the music to be something else than radio or pop music to suit the nice cellar room.
Super recommended place if you are in the center of Florence. They welcome you with a cover of their products and are very attentive in recommending things to you based on what you are looking for. The carbonara was exquisite and then we ordered a truffled meat that was very delicious, the meat was perfect!
100% recommendable!

Good food and good service, and also very good value for money.
We ate a portion of garlic bread, another of pecorino and pear, tagliatella ragù, and spaghetti carbonara, accompanied by a bottle of chianti, and we paid €72 between the two of us.
Highly recommended.

We like this space, the mood is very good,. The restaurant is under the shop in a cellar. the waiters were very helpful, and the food was delicious . We enjoyed the local made cheeses, different flavors of honeys and the meats. The pricing is good for the product and best value for the service.

Short holiday in Florence, we took a tour and stopped for something to eat. I must say that the place is very beautiful, very particular and very clean.

Capitati per caso abbiamo potuto mangiare una deliziosa pinsa! A pochi passi da Piazza della Signoria, prospicente una piazzetta raccolta e tranquilla, siamo stati accolti col sorriso e con una splendida cordialità!
Pinse dall'impasto leggero, facilmente digeribile e estremamente farcita, forse anche troppo! Impossibile alzarsi avendo ancora fame ma senza problemi di digestione!
Il tutto in un ambiente piacevolmente rustico e familiare, davvero accogliente!

Le cadre est magnifique , superbe cava en pierre underground , pour ce sui est de l’assiette c’est simple au possible .. je peux dire que je fais mieux les pates qu’eux .. ca craint .. simples au possible .ou alors faut pas prendre de pates dans ce restau ? Bref pas compris les notes exceptionnelles de ce restaurant.
