trovato in quanto uno dei ristoranti guida michelin pugliesi, devo dire che l'esperienza è stata ottima e sicuramente questo posto può giocarsi anche la stella nei prossimi anni; location molto particolare e riservata, i menu non sono tantissimi ma è possibile apportare modifiche in caso di intolleranze, allergie o diverse preferenze; personale competente e gentile, conto in linea con quanto offerto

Located inside a trullo it has around 4 tables. And nominated in the Michelin Guide. It doesn't have any Michelin stars yet. Revisited cuisine, French style but with genuine Apulian products. The kind and ambitious chef. Attentive and trained staff. Each dish served is explained.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare il percorso più classico “semplicemente Fè” in abbinamento al percorso dei vini. Il menù è stato interessante e piacevole al palato, bello alla vista e da scoprire nei sapori, e ha raggiunto i picchi più alti nel bauletto e nel wellington. Tutte le portate esprimono lo studio e la qualità del lavoro che c’è in questo ristorante. Ottimo il servizio, e l’intimità del locale permette di restare tranquilli nella propria riservatezza. Approved!

An extraordinary and magical place led by Chef Francesco Laera; the courteous attention of his wife Eufemia (where the inspiration for the name of the place comes from) and Domenico who make the trip even more pleasant. Each dish is a poem, careful not only in each color in its flavor, but in the presentation and choreography of the placement on the table and the ingredients that complement it. We decided on a 6 course tasting and each one was better than the other. Furthermore, as an important detail, it was my birthday and they dedicated themselves to finding someone to make us a cake for the occasion with the same quality, of course, as the restaurant. A Michelin star that should soon become two or more. 100% price quality. I recommend it with closed eyes!. Thank you Francesco, Eufemia and Domenico; They made us fall in love (even more) with Puglia, Noci and the entire region are very good ambassadors of the quality of the region! We will see each other again, swear it!
