We arrived without having booked. Friendly welcoming owner and very attentive to everything..He cares a lot..Tuscan crostini..Side fillet..and lamb shank..glasses of red wine..Everything.🔝from Liguria we say Thank you

Visited today for lunch, we had knife-cut shoulder and Pienza cheese and two first courses, pici cacio e pepe and gnocchi with rosticciana, the latter really good and with a rich sauce of shredded rosticciana, tender and with a very good flavour. Warm and comfortable environment, kind and quick, I recommend going there. Homemade pasta. If you liked this review, give it a like 👍

Questo posto è sta una sorpresa ha scatola chiusa ci siamo trovati a Pistoia e per esclusione di disponibilità ci siamo finiti! posto molto carino ben arredato nei particolari semplici ma piacevoli personale attendo e disponibilità servizio eccellente le portate buonissimi meglio delle aspettative accostamenti di gusti molto azzeccati ho apprezzato molto il menù interamente autunnale giusta qualità prezzo grazie

Jaarlijks lopen we langs dit gezellige, centraal gelegen restaurant met terras in Pistoia. Nu hadden we de gelegenheid en grepen onze kans op een bewolkte dag. We zaten binnen; er heerst een gezellige sfeer met veel lokale en buitenlandse gasten. De kaart is verrassend en heeft het nodige te bieden. De bediening is vriendelijk en meertalig. We hopen hier weer eens terug te komen.

06/04/2024: We were passing through, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent food, rustic setting, exceptional staff. I highly recommend the fillet with green pepper, and the pancakes with ice cream. We will definitely be back.

24/02/2024: We tried LA BOTTEGA DELL'OSTE GIALDINI 1938. Historic venue, handed down from generation to generation which has managed to maintain the same style of a true Tuscan tavern over time, adding the right touch of innovation. Staff made up of young, dynamic and very attentive guys. Excellent home cooking with typical traditional Tuscan dishes whose specialty is grilled meat. To underline the goodness of the cutting boards, with fresh and tasty cold cuts and cheeses. We tasted two starters from OSTE 1938 (HISTORICAL DISH OF THE TAN) composed of Norcia PGI raw ham, Tuscan salami and finocchiona from Garfagnana, loin, capocollo, pecorino cheeses, fried pasta and mixed croutons, Followed by BRONTOSAURUS STEAK for two, called Tomahawk, the Flintstones steak. Irish rib, in an exceptional cut both from a taste and a scenographic point of view. Everything Exceptional!!! We recommend it.
