I can confidently say that this is the best restaurant I have ever eaten at. The dishes were all exquisite without any exception, special and with attention to every detail. Both the flavors and smells emanating from the dishes largely lived up to expectations, with notes capable of stimulating gustatory and olfactory pleasure like never before. We took both tasting menus and there was no banal or poorly prepared dish, the meats and vegetables were all cooked to perfection and the textures and flavors of the various parts went perfectly with the wines we paired with them. The service was perfect, very kind and helpful waiters, always smiling but very professional. Each dish was presented to us by the staff together with the accompanying wine and all the ingredients were properly explained to give us a 360 degree experience. Quiet and elegant atmosphere, some preparations are visible at the counter at the entrance and it is very interesting. Furthermore, the menus are also complete with extras, in fact we were unexpectedly brought both an initial cabbage-based snack and additional sweets at the end of the meal. Plus, the basket of bread and breadsticks was delicious and was continually replenished when it ran out, all included in the service obviously. Together with the "evolving tradition" menu I added the tortellini in parmesan cream which were phenomenal, but I think that even without the addition I would have left there with a very full stomach, in fact when we reached the end of the meal we were so full that we asked for a small box to take away the final sweets, we couldn't eat any more (and I want to underline that we are two athletes who generally eat above average portions).
To top it off, the waiters paid attention to all the times we ran out of water in the glasses to refill it promptly and to the moments when we went to the toilet to always bring the dishes all together and at the right time.
In short, I can only recommend Franceschetta58 and give great compliments to all the staff. Thank you with all my heart.

This is clearly a restaurant that is not accessible to all budgets, but if you have the chance, go there because it is an experience worth it. The people who work there manage to create a convivial and elegant atmosphere at the same time, I didn't feel at all in awe or uncomfortable at some moments, the waiters are always available, attentive to customers' allergies/needs and ready to explain the dishes to you and their philosophy.
Even just the tortellini in parmesan cream is worth the trip. My advice is to agree on a menu beforehand, they usually have 2 or 3 alternatives to choose from, in this way you help those who work in the restaurant to organize themselves.

Small bistro in which to experiment with the Bottura family's Modena cuisine ideas.
If you decide to taste one of the two menus, perhaps adding tortellini to support the excellent "Tortellante" charity project, show up on an empty stomach! We eat a lot.
Maybe you will have to order an extra water, a couple of dishes turned out to be too tasty!
Finally, I really appreciated the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of the place and its staff, which represent a great strong point for me.

Ambiente ed arredo semplice, minimal e accogliente. Personale gentile e professionale. Servizio efficiente. Menù piacevole, alcuni piatti sopra la media, buona scelta di vini. Rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto e equilibrato. Unico neo, secondo la mia opinione, è rappresentato dal fatto che i tavoli non sono apparecchiati almeno con una tovaglietta, ma è la moda di questi ultimi anni.

Locale curato ed accogliente, informale ad elefante allo stesso tempo, sevizio impeccabile e cibo da non dimenticare, soprattutto da non farsi mancare i tortellini in crema di parmigiano. Ci tornerei altre mille volte
