Here I am! Today away with the basketball team we had the opportunity to have lunch at the Galaia restaurant, a very nice environment, excellent quality for money, kind and very helpful service. Must try again

Siamo capitati in questo ristorante per caso, passeggiando tra le vie di Carloforte ed è stata una meravigliosa scoperta! Locale molto carino e caratteristico. Abbiamo scelto un menù che prevedeva tre portate a base di tonno, materia prima protagonista indiscussa!! Porzioni molto abbondanti e tutto davvero squisito, ad un prezzo super onesto! Assolutamente da provare!!

The restaurant is located in a typically Ligurian alley. A few tables outside and large, very nice internal rooms make up the place. We started with an appetizer consisting of delicious tuna carpaccio and then continued with a pasta and tuna ragù, divine and finally a second course also based on fish cooked in very tasty red wine. To finish they offered us a lemon sorbet. I would never have thought, not liking tuna, that I would be able to find an entire menu based on this fish delicious. If you go to Carloforte (beautiful island) I recommend you try this place. Obviously 5 stars also for the service and the great waiter who served us.

La Galaia restaurant with typical Tabarkin cuisine and more needs no introduction. The affability of Beppe and his staff adds value to the exquisite and genuine dishes. Mandatory stop for tourists.
