Gastro Chef In Martina franca

Only the human size of the room is a limit for this structure. The food, mostly takeaway, is excellent and the almost obsessive cleanliness makes me prefer it. I forgot, a fact that is not irrelevant these days, the prices of absolute honesty and rare education. Absolutely worth visiting.

High quality cuisine. But above all, super helpful and understanding staff. We had ordered the menu for New Year's Eve dinner. Due to the influence of the owner of the house, our dinner was skipped and everyone had to fall back on their own homes. It was a real mess for the gastrochef staff to manage our orders separately. Despite everything, however, they were super helpful and understanding. Great cooks, great people! Thank you very much and happy 2024!!!

It was a very pleasant discovery, I must say that the vitello tonnato is absolutely delicious, the first courses, whether expressed or ready-made, such as lasagne, timbale, etc., are no different, the second courses are quite varied, both meat and fish, the prices are quite honest, I recommend it

Even today in Martina I had a pleasant surprise. I came across a small but pleasant culinary reality. A gastronomy with Davide and his collaborator who, with great professionalism and grace, present truly exquisite dishes to the palates of the lucky customers such as the white lasagne with mushrooms, or a very delicate veal with tuna. All at honest prices, which is not a problem today. The environment is as clean as the whiteness of the two chefs' coats. Upon leaving you feel obliged to thank the two and praise them. To attend.

Clean place, excellent food and very helpful staff

Ottima la varietà e la qualità delle pietanze...preparate con cura nel rispetto fella tradizione...ottimo anche il costo : per una lasagna, una coscia e sovracoscia di pollo ai peperoni (lo consiglio vivamente) ed un panino ho speso 11,50€...siamo al top!!!
