The staff is not friendly, they serve less ice cream than in other ice cream shops. Now I understand why there is a queue for ice cream 30 meters from Neri e Figlio.

Delicious! We loved them! I recommend pistachio and chocolate with raspberry. The lady who serves is very friendly and attentive and has a very varied variety of flavors!

The best gelato place we’ve been to on the Italy trip so far! The white chocolate pistachio flavor (Delizia) is to die for. I loved the Amaraneto - which was cherry in syrup with ice cream! Great price for the options and quantity you get. We went then as many times as we could 😅

Mentre eravamo in visita ai mercatini di Natale in piazza Santa Croce ci hanno consigliato questa gelateria vicinissima alla piazza e il consiglio è stato ottimo!!Gelato fantastico,il migliore mai assaggiato,personale gentilissimo una rarità al giorno d’oggi!! Se torneremo a Firenze sarà la nostra prima tappa!! Complimenti!

06/04/2024: Located steps from Firenze Duomo La Strega Nocciola is a popular stop for both locals and tourists, the brick interior and magical name feeling older than it is while natural production methods insure quality. Decorated shabby-chic across a small footprint, pleasant servers scooping from metal cylinders 12h00 to 20h00 daily, traditional flavors dominate a list of perhaps two-dozen and whether one selects pure Fior de Panna or Pistachio textures are smooth containg restrained sweetness.

03/04/2024: Beautiful gastronomy experience we had. Really good food and very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth returning and above all worth trying for anyone coming to Florence.
24/03/2024: Small but nice place, in the center of Florence but a little outside the narrow triangle of tourism and this is not bad, all delicious food, precise and polite service, excellent quality for money, I don't give my all for just one thing: the steak inside must maintain its temperature, however cooked perfectly
