10/03/2024: I have always known and frequented the Pub, it had been a while since I had dinner here and recently we returned, first with a dear friend and then with my partner. Although Andrea replied to me that they have not changed anything in the preparation in the kitchen, we found more satisfaction than in the past in eating the same dishes (whether the reason depends on the execution or on our palate does not matter); Another important thing, while we are having dinner Andrea keeps an eye on the table and during the meal he doesn't miss a sip of beer to wash down the bite, an odious thing that instead happens more and more often in restaurants (huge gap in service, yes the food gets cold and you have to wave your arms around to get the attention of a waiter who seems increasingly interested "only" in selling you something else once the plate is empty). I also believe that here you can drink the best draft beer in the area.
