You notice this, for example, when he emphatically explains how you (optionally) heat up your pizza at home so that it stays crispy without cooking ingredients that shouldn't cook (mortadella, for example).

The burger is excellent, one of the best I've ever eaten. The pizza alla pala is delicious and light, with a truly excellent dough and quality ingredients. But the absolute top is the round pizza, a Neapolitan-style pizza, one of the best eaten outside Naples. There is a crust, but the pizza in the center is thin. It therefore remains very light. And before paying and leaving... I recommend buying the bread too. Compliments!
