Hostaria dai Musi In Alba

Very pleasant environment, the host courteously offered us a nice table, even though everything was fully booked as usual and we were late. The dishes were all excellent, served very carefully, the portion sizes were just right, lovely scents. The wine from Aldo Conterno conca tre pile went excellently with all courses. The dessert, the cannolo siciliano in Piedmontese style, was very good and an exciting interpretation. It was our second visit and the quality was consistent. Thank you Mr. Catania, we will be back! . Recommendation: reserve in good time!!

What a fantastic restaurant! Excellent service , food and wine. We travelled from Turin to Alba this morning and had picked out this wonderful restaurant for lunch as a result of the excellent previous reviews! We were not disappointed, every course was delicious & also the lovely Arneis wine! We will return next year again to visit here!!

Rarely have I had such delicious food, plate after plate - stand outs were the scallops with sea urchin mayo and the octopus with a pizza-inspired burrata sauce. To die for! Service was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation and I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful restaurant. We had an absolutely amazing lunch at Hostarua dai Musi. The good was just phenomenal. We had a Vitello Tonnato as a starter and it was probably the best I have ever eaten. The tonnato was a bit mousse like and therefore very fluffy. The food in general was outstanding and I can highly recommend trying the Hostaria dai Musi when you’re visiting Alba.

Truly excellent restaurant, the waitresses are very attentive and courteous. Every single dish is taken care of, I was satisfied with everything, from the veal with tuna sauce, to the plin and the dessert! I highly recommend.

Casualmente capitati a pranzo. Ben accolti. Servizio, cortesia, menù, vini, tavolo, luci, qualità/prezzo, ambiente… super! Consigliatissimo.

Nonostante il menù ridotto per il periodo della Fiera del Tartufo, abbiamo gustato buoni piatti in un piacevole e curato contesto. Servizio attento e professionale. Cucina di buon livello con l'uso di buone materie prime. Lista vini ricca e di pregio. Le varie bottiglie sono esposte sui ripiani delle cantinette a temperatura controllata. E' un ristorante che merita sempre una visita
