Hotel Ristorante Cervo In Livigno

Excellent hotel in the center. Just 100 meters from the Carosello 3000 slopes. Courteous and helpful staff, particular mention for Simona, the girl who takes care of breakfast. Perfect rooms, even the daily change of towels was excessive.

We visited the hotel restaurant twice. They serve the local pasta with cabbage and the local beer. You can pay your bill separately

We were looking for a hotel for our ski trip a month before departure, which in this popular destination was really at the last minute. This hotel made a good impression already during communication, where it willingly answered all my questions (some of them were also non-standard). The deposit for the reservation was also surprisingly low (€200), which also pleased me. After arriving at the hotel in the evening, everything was really as I expected, some things even pleasantly surprised me. The staff was very helpful and dealt with all our requests immediately. The excellent concept of the hotel, where access to the ski room from the hotel (right next to the elevator) and from the garage is great, you don't have to carry your luggage and especially your skis far. Likewise, very good distribution of entrances, both from the main street, from the ski room, and towards the slopes. The hotel has its own restaurant, where they serve really high-quality food. The restaurant can be accessed both from the hotel and from the main street, which is great because you can invite your friends who are staying in another hotel and can wait for you in the restaurant. However, I would like to point out that it is advisable to make a reservation in the restaurant, because it is really popular and in the evening it is quite busy. However, we did not make a reservation for up to 5 people and each time we got a table within 5 minutes. I would also like to note that the prices in the restaurant are quite pleasant for this destination. Maybe I would accept if the restaurant had one room separated only for hotel guests, as the restaurant is quite noisy in the evening. it is true that there are a few open but separate spaces in the restaurant, but they are not intended primarily for the hotel. The environment in the restaurant is nice and in some areas really very impressive. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful, only on the first day we said what coffee we were drinking and the lady already knew every day, although she asked to be sure if we would have the same coffee again that day. For a while, it seemed to us that the lady who was always available at breakfast was directing us too much at which table we should sit, etc., but we understand that we did not understand everything, since the lady communicates primarily in Italian, we also understand the Italian temperament :-). The room has a layout suitable for skiers, there are enough hangers and space for drying clothes. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We would appreciate it if they replaced the fan in the bathroom in this room which was very noisy and the door could only be closed when locked, but everything else made up for these small flaws. What really pleasantly surprised me was that the minibar was functional and filled, which is no longer a matter of course in hotels today (the staff also replenished it regularly. It was also great for me as a smoker that we had a large outdoor partially covered terrace (balcony). Location the location of the hotel is great, in a minute you are in the center of Livigno, in 5 minutes you are from the ski room at the ski lift, from which in a few more minutes you can ski directly to the main cable car towards the Costaccia slope, from which you can easily reach all the other slopes on the side of Carosello 3000. Right behind the hotel there are several slopes with bigger and smaller lifts, which is great if you want to let your kids alone and have them defacto in sight, but at the same time, the hotel is not too close to the center where there are bigger restaurants and bars, and therefore the noise is not so big at night.The only small drawback is that it is about 300m on foot to the nearest Ski Bus stop, but we didn't need the Ski Bus as we liked the Crosello 3000 side more than the Mottolino side. The great thing is that you can see both sides of the slopes in Livigno directly from the terrace of the room and you can choose in the morning where the weather is better and where you will go. The hotel garage is charged €10/day which I accept and is spacious enough even for a large Pick Up. We will definitely be happy to return to this hotel.

Angenehmes Hotel, ruhig. Lifte gut zu erreichen. Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Kleiner, etwas älterer Saunabereich.

Ci siamo fermati per pranzo ed è stato tutto buonissimo e impeccabile servizio top e cibo fantastico complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff continuate così bravissimi

Il 31.12. Per la seconda volta mi sono recato li per la Cena di di capodanno, e come sempre una cena eccezionale, qualità prezzo buonissima. Il Servizio eccezionale, educato gentile e disponbile. I due generenti fratello e sorella di una gentilezza e cordialita disarmante. Simpaticissimi di compagnia. Lo consiglio vivamente per qualsiasi pasto.

Il ristorante offre una cucina confortante e un'atmosfera accogliente, perfetti dopo una giornata trascorsa all'aria aperta. Personale eccellente ma la location è ferma agli ultimi anni de secolo scorso, andrebbe modernizzato.

Ottima cucina,i pizzoccheri son sempre eccezionali.

Siamo appena stati 4 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera molto spaziosa, pulizia accurata e posizione perfetta. Ci torneremo 👍
