Il Burchio is located in the historic part of Piobbico, the town is very charming because it is nestled among the green mountains I went with families for a birthday, in the autumn/winter period, and the lure of the smells emanating from the fireplace gives you that feeling of finding yourself back in time The restaurant is very beautiful, all stone and wood The menu is exceptional, the meat and cold cuts divine They had a great time, the manager made us feel at home Top

bel ristorantino in centro, buoni i primi e gli antipasti, che abbiamo mangiato. Servizio gentile e prezzi medi. L'ambiente è caldo ed accogliente

I expected more from the cuisine, the first courses were good, the lamb coratella was disappointing, it lacked that "something" to make the dish appetizing (excellent in mountain Abruzzo). The grill is decent. I haven't eaten foods with truffles because I don't like this underground mushroom, not even its smell.

I went to Burchio for lunch one day as I was in Piobbico for work. Excellent surprise, good and plentiful menu of the day. Total satisfaction, I recommend it to everyone.

Bel locale con pochi tavoli nel centro storico . Menù con pochi piatti e alcuni col tartufo sia nero che bianco. Crostini al tartufo bianco poi spaghetti alla carbonara di tartufo nero abbondanti e molto buoni. Poi grigliata di carne gustosa si ma non proprio abbondante e con presentazione un po così così . Servizio cordiale prezzi modici.

Small restaurant in the historic center, welcoming as is the manner of the lady in the dining room. Good offer. Excellent truffle preparations, both white and black, and prices in line with the territory. I had the opportunity to taste excellent knife-cut ham as well as salami and cheeses. A first course with white truffle for two, an omelette and crostini with white as an appetizer, suckling pig in pumpkin cream with black truffle, a plate of local cold cuts, a dessert, 3/4 of the house's Bianchello cheese and water, all €140.00. I think excellent value for money.

03/04/2024: I have been to Freschezza di Monte in Montemaggiore al Metauro on a few occasions The place is a pearl on the hill, from where you can admire the surrounding panorama at 360°, sweet colored hills which at dusk, with the first lights coming on in the distance, make the place unique At the Frescheria you can have an aperitif, traditional or vegetarian, all accompanied by excellent wine Typical of the place is to sit with blankets on the floor, the food is served on a low table, you eat everything calmly, until dusk ends, and then, still calmly, you get up satisfied by the excellent quality of the food, wine, and the changes in the colors of the landscapes around us, created with the setting of the Sun Top

Casa della Tintoria

10/11/2023: Cenare in questo ristorante è stata un’esperienza unica! La qualità del cibo è di altissimo livello. Le materie prime arrivano dall’orto della proprietaria che ci ha accolto con particolare gentilezza e ci ha decantato il suo menù come fosse poesia. Le portate si sono rivelate all’altezza della sua descrizione. Il tartufo bianco spolverato sui nostri primi era eccezionale, come anche l’antipasto, il secondo e i suoi desserts. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci ritorneremo, con estremo piacere.
05/10/2023: What a delightful surprise as we walked down toward the river on the edge of Urbania. We found ourselves in an eclectic garden setting where the fruits and vegetables that will comprise your dishes were growing. The food was fresh and innovative, not to mention beautiful. The proprietor was engaged and clearly taking joy in presenting us with a delicious meal, as we were guests in her home. Absolutely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. The town is lovely also.
