Superlative first courses (only tried those), excellent wines, excellent desserts too, waiting time for the courses was a bit long.

Whoever crosses the threshold of the restaurant The winter cellar is located in front of a wooden staircase that leads to the room located underground in the city of Cremona. Once we descend the staircase, a series of arches all in exposed brick of rare beauty opens up before us which take us back in time and remind us of the ancient cellars of the past. Chef Gianluca Pietroni jealously guards the times and ways of good Roman cuisine. Gianluca is Roman and the menu is all about dishes that take you to Rome. If you already know Roman cuisine, take the opportunity to try it again, if you don't know it, go and discover it. In the long list you will find absolutely all the typical dishes of the eternal city. Absolutely must try!! Excellent quality-price relation.

Very welcoming restaurant, very friendly and polite staff. We went to the pasta tour on Thursday evening, everything was really excellent. Highly recommended

Dinner in the company of friends, I recommend calling in advance as it is always full, a really nice and characteristic place created from a cellar entirely made of stone with a vaulted ceiling. Characteristic dishes of Roman cuisine, I tried a very creamy cacio e pepe, and an excellent oxtail, but the menu offers a vast choice of invited dishes, I will have to return to try them all. The wine list is not very extensive but offers almost all wines from Lazio or the surrounding areas.

Locale molto carino situato in una splendida cantina ristrutturata con gusto. Menù tipicamente romano di ottima qualità. Servizio veloce il giusto e cordiale. Lista dei vini da applausi.

Locale con cucina tipica romana, ben gestito, menù completo, prezzi più che onesti. Molto gradito il cacio e pepe col tartufo. Anche il tagliere del gladiatore non ha certamente deluso. Giusto numero di coperti per permettere un servizio puntuale e preciso. Molto gradita la visita del cuoco a fine cena, venuto a sentire il parere degli ospiti. Ottima l’organizzazione in sala, gestita da Ernesto. Torneremo.
