Una cena di lavoro si é trasformata in un'esperienza che ripeterò. Ambiente molto curato. Personale attento alle esigenze dei commensali sotto la supervisione della metre di sala veramente professionale. Lo chef che presentava personalmente le sue creazioni specificando le materie prime che utilizzava senza essere assillante e garantendo la degustazione dei suoi piatti senza che raffreddassero. Abbinamento dei vini eccellente. Qualità delle materie prime eccellente. Assolutamente da provare. Il prezzo é giustificato dalla qualità e originalità dei piatti.
