What can I say, Il Maialetto makes the quality of the raw materials its strong point; any dish is an excellence of its sector, from cheeses to cured meats, from side dishes to meats.
The atmosphere is rustic but refined, the service is courteous and fast.
The restaurant often offers "off the menu" based on availability at the time.
Note of merit for the steak, of which the customer chooses the cut and height to his liking.
The possibility of choosing wine is also excellent.

They deserve more than 5 stars for: the steak, the cutting boards and the friendly, attentive and professional service. Added value is extreme kindness (which is rare) even with us "tourists"....French!!

The best restaurant to eat good meat. Obviously not just meat. Wonderful staff well led by Sara and Luca. Gilda is a guarantee with her excellent knowledge of languages and great wine connoisseur. Excellent restaurant

It's a sort of butcher's shop that also does cooking. You can order cuts of meat which are brought to the table for you to choose. Excellent quality. There are also other typical dishes, from ribollita to lampredotto. Tables very close to each other. Fast and kind service.

What can be said? If you're looking for a place to drink and eat well, this is the place for you. We came to this restaurant two nights in a row! A warranty! Kindness and quality reign supreme. Luca, the meat expert, Gilda, super Sommelier and Giulia, an excellent cook (even if she didn't reveal her secret recipe for a crazy dessert of her own creation). We ate some excellent meat and drank some great wine! To make sure we didn't miss anything, we also went to the Montecatini Bistrot where the quality there too was excellent. This morning before leaving, we went shopping in their butcher's shop. You have conquered us ❤️

A distanza di oltre 10 anni siamo tornati in questo locale, che nel frattempo ha mantenuto il classico aspetto da Osteria e Bottega e meritato l'inserimento nella Guida Michelin.
Buoni i crostini toscani, ottima la bruschetta "al tonno" (in realtà spalla di maiale cotta nel vino bianco); ottimi i secondi (maialino al forno e peposo).
Valido il vino della casa.
Servizio affabile e veloce. Rapporto q/p stellare.
Ci torneremo.

Cenato con mia moglie il 31 ottobre, dopo alcuni anni dall'ultima volta.
Preso un tris di bruschette e le costine di maiale.
Mia moglie sceglie due fuori menù: zuppa di cipolle e tartare e scaglie di tartufo.
Da bere, un buon Nobile di Montepulciano.
Tutto di nostro gradimento.
Servizio informale e cortese.
Esperienza ripetuta il sabato 4 novembre.
