Remote place in a beautiful place. Everything was excellent: from the pleasant and well-kept environment to the knowledgeable and helpful staff, to the well-prepared and well-presented traditional foods, to the excellent wine. If I really had to find a flaw in my opinion in the menu I would add a few more Piedmontese dishes. Removing the fish if necessary.

Romantic dinner in a beautiful location, good dishes even if not all of them won me over, impeccable service, kind and never intrusive, excellent choice of wines. We will return and I would recommend it.

Lovely, family-run restaurant, very courteous but a little inattentive service, when we ran out of bread we had to ask for it several times, but the guy who recommended the wines from the large and varied list was very good and very knowledgeable. The dishes were all very good, well presented and beautiful to look at, but the portions were really too small. The beautiful and delicious desserts were a pity only for the excellent apple pie which instead of being lukewarm was cold while with a few more degrees it would have been exceptional. Account appropriate to the quality of what was served. My personal opinion, with the place full as in my case, perhaps an extra waiter and more generous portions would be needed to achieve excellence. If in the area it is certainly worth a stop.

Anche quest'anno abbiamo avuto il piacere di alloggiare al Melograno 4 giorni in occasione del carnevale, avendo modo di poter mangiare tutti i giorni al ristorante dove Claudio (proprietario molto professionale) ci ha sorpreso ogni giorno, dagli antipasti ai primi fino ai secondi, sia di pesce che carne, sempre ottimi e curati nei minimi particolari.  Unico lato negativo il dover andar via..

Ristorante a 5 stelle a 10 min da Casale Monferrato. I proprietari sono super ospitali e i piatti davvero ricercati e prelibati. Il servizio è stato più che ottimo, e la spiegazione dei piatti e dei vini precisa e dettagliata. Consigliatissimo!

pranzo il giorno di Santo Stefano con menù fisso, arrivati con un leggero ritardo quindi saltato l'aperitivo di benvenuto che non ci è stato neanche proposto, antipasti già a tavola abbondantissimi, buoni,ma con qualche pecca (qualche gambero non pulito e tonno un po' salato), bis di primi buoni e abbondanti (ottime le lasagne), secondi piatti al 50%; calamari fritti buoni, tagliata di manzo troppo cotta, pesce fresco (?),ma con un sughetto che l'ha rovinato, l'avessero almeno messo da parte!!!, contorno scarso (solo patate al forno intrise di olio) ottimo il vermentino e l'acqua minerale, come dessert un quarto di fetta di panettone,caffè e infine digestivo offerto dopo che erano quasi tutti andati via, peccato, prezzo nella norma
