Food was amazing with friendly staff. It's not very expensive for the quality of the food. Also the owner speaks 5 languages ​​which can help sometimes to understand some of the meals. Highly recommended.

Simply one of the places that will remain in our hearts from our holiday in Sardinia. The extreme attention to the customer, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the welcome reserved for the little ones (see coloring menu complete with crayons), the refinement of the dishes: excellent presentation, high quality ingredients and an excellent choice and variety to satisfy all tastes. Vegetarian dishes also available. Not to mention the magnificent view of the island of Tavolara from the veranda overlooking the marina. We have returned twice in the last three days and the experience has always been one of the best, a welcome like family. Prices more than fair for the level of quality offered. Luckily, places like this still exist. We will definitely return in the future.

Really lovely staff, good food, menu in English, German and french available. Ok the pricier side but no tourist trap. Many locals had lunch here and the place feels charming and not run down.

Excellent service and best food! Then there is the proximity to the beach and the view of the Tavolara. The salt-crusted sea bass was amazing. So, everything your heart desires!

Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant. Wir waren dort nur auf einen Cappuccino und eine Nachspeise. Beides war sehr gut!! Den Abzug in der Gesamtnote gibt es, weil Cuperto (Gedeck) verrechnet wurde. Obwohl wir nicht das Gedeck in Anspruch genommen haben.

We had a fantastic meal at this cozy waterfront restaurant serving Sardinian classics with inventive twists. Located just steps from the sea with waterfront breezes this place exudes charm and understated elegance. While the menu seems familiar with other spots the little flourishes elevate the experience. We started with a divine connolo-like a canolli but a savory crust filled with a light and creamy goat cheese served with amazingly flavorful tiny tomatoes-simple but divine. Their curlighones, another classic, were served grilled with a minty pesto but the absolute pinnacle was the fish. We were two couples and we each got the sea bass (for 2) one Mediterranean style (oven roasted with oil, herbs, tomatoes and potatoes) and the other baked in a salt crust. Each was beautifully served table side with the fish deboned and plated. Melt in your mouth good! The ample wine list features dozens of local options all at great prices. A must go.

Annualmente torniamo a cenare in locali conosciuti precedentemente cercando anche novità. Torniamo quindi anche al Portolano, siamo tre signore. Menu sempre interessante con alcune proposte che si ripetono. Nulla di male in quanto amiamo anche noi assaggiare nuovamente qualcosa che si ripete. Io personalmente ho scelto antipasto e primo. Entrambi "normali" bell'aspetto ben presentato ma gusto poco. Un esempio l'antipasto "ceviche" che assaggio con entusiasmo sempre quando presente in menu ma assolutamente senza sapore, peccato. Un primo fregola ... Le altre amiche hanno assaggiato un pesce al sale, casalingo come mi hanno riferito. Serata nella norma. Menu che risulta accattivante però in concreto non soddisfa particolarmente il palato. Prezzi certamente non bassi. Personale gentile, ambiente sempre bello grazie alla splendida posizione.
