Excellent, delicious meat and very friendly staff. The crostini served as an appetizer and the tiramisu are very good. I recommend the mixed raw dish and the fried brain.

We went for dinner and had a very good time, the staff is very welcoming and kind and we can even have a chat (the boy and the girl who served us), they were fast and precise. The food was excellent, the cut is very good even if I expected more, as far as the tartare is concerned it was good but perhaps lacked seasoning and was a little dry. Overall all good! Thank you

We tasted both the crudites which I would define as superlative but as for the cut it is Florentine I wouldn't have better adjectives to describe them, so the advice is to try them!!!

Siamo tornati in questo accogliente e suggestivo ristorante di Livorno per assaporare la carne come unica essenza nel suo genere! La genuinità delle portate, la prelibatezza nel degustare queste specialità sublimi. Gentilezza top del personale, il titolare Carlos, imbattibile, veramente forte. Tutto perfetto nel Posto giusto... E la CARNE... Bè... Si scioglie in bocca, ogni piatto ha la sua storia! Per chi desidera mangiare CARNE ECCELLENTE, vi consiglio! Andate numerosi!😉

Happened by chance, had dinner with my partner. Very nice location, good fried brains, platter with good tartare and meat carpaccio. Polentina a little too fried but fried is fried! 🤗Everything average, nothing that fascinated me...kind service.

Les commentaires sur la viande nous ont convaincu de tester ce restaurant, et quelle surprise ! La côte de bœuf est incroyable. 40 jours de maturation, tendre comme pas possible, hyper copieux. Il y a 1kg de viande (pour deux) pour 55€. Et sans parler de la sauce au lard.... Le tiramisu est excellent également. Il y a une boucherie à l'entrée du restaurant où on peut admirer la viande proposée, des bouteilles sur les murs, la salle façon cave voûtée a beaucoup de charme, les serveurs sont aux petits soins, on vous offre un verre de prosecco à l'apéritif et un shot de sorbet citron à la fin du repas. Vraiment un super restaurant !
