Excellent food and very helpful and friendly staff. We asked for advice on what to order and were very happy with what was recommended. We had no problems ordering gluten-free dishes thanks also to the wide choice of dishes. Very good value for money. We will definitely return.

I have dined many times and have always found taste and freshness in the food. However, I find it unfair that they don't allow takeaway on uneaten lunch...WASTE or RECYCLE?

At lunch there is a fixed menu with a choice of 4 courses and half water for 15 euros. I have to say the quality was good and you wake up full.

Proprietario molto gentile e personale disponibile. Un ottimo ristorante alla carta, con una vasta scelta sia di crudo che cotto, adatto a tanti palati. Pesce molto fresco.

29/02/2024: I love eating sushi... But normally when I eat around various restaurants... I have the feeling (I'm speaking for myself obviously) that every dish strangely has the same taste. .... Finally at Shabu I was able to taste the different flavor of each dish. I appreciated and felt the freshness of the product cooked very well. ... In short, it definitely stands out from the crowd. Excellent service... Very fast and professional. Well done, keep it up! I highly recommend it.
