Let's start with the platter of homemade cured meats from pigs raised on the farm: aromas, smoking, variety, consistency that will never be forgotten
Let's move on to the first courses: original in their tradition, a mix of flavors and colors that tickle and delight.
The main dish is the pig in a crust: from their small farm, a tender and very tasty meat, a rind that is both sweet and crunchy, a succulent sauce to accompany tasty vegetables
To conclude, wooden furniture that has the flavor of time, great professionalism, attentive and very kind service

Best cold cuts in South Tyrol, (if as a couple) I highly recommend taking a menu with the first course and a meat menu to have a complete meal tasting the home-made delicacies..

Fantastic, I think one word can summarize the review of this place. Returned after 6 years for a good memory of this place, not only have they been confirmed, but in my opinion surpassed. Everything is exquisite, authentic, refined, but the most surprising thing is the friendliness, and this is priceless. I will definitely return, perhaps without spending another 6 years.

Esperienza da ricordare. Notevole la qualità del cibo, a partire dall'antipasto di salumi locali fino ai dolci. Tutto davvero eccellente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Luogo confortevole ed immerso nella natura. Merita assolutamente una visita.

Agriturismo appena sopra Dobbiaco che offre una cucina buona e genuina con molti prodotti di produzione propria. Una nota di pregio ai due ragazzi di sala (Davide e Giuseppe?) che si sono dimostrati simpatici e disponbili. Abbiamo provato un tris di primi e due secondi che sono risultati tutti molto buoni. Su tutti mi è davvero piaciuto il raviolo nero con pomodorini e rughetta. Prezzi medio bassi rispetto alla qualità.Torneremo sicuramente.

Il posto è appena fuori Dobbiaco ma facilmente raggiungibile, il personale è giovane e molto disponibile e l'ambiente confortevole.
Abbiamo optato per dei salumi misti, eccellenti, un tris di primi e uno di secondi, tutto molto buono. L'unica cosa che non ci ha convinte fino in fondo è il tris di dolci, buono ma non all'altezza del resto, con tutto che ci tornerei subito sia per la qualità che per il rapporto rispetto al prezzo
