Visited with friends, finding ourselves by chance in Fara Sabina. We had a great time: ancient and familiar atmosphere, excellent food and excellent service.

Small trattoria with an ancient flavor where the freshness of the food and the care of the local ingredients make it an excellence in Fara Sabina. Found after a trip to Toffia we went to Fara Sabina to admire the view and after calling to book we found ourselves alone with a beautiful welcoming fireplace and the friendliness of a girl who served us

The Antica bottega in Fara in Sabina is a restaurant where experimentation and the highest quality of food come together. The ingredients are of the highest quality and at km0, they are only local and Lazio products. Whenever I want to make a good impression on someone, the old shop is the place I choose. Characteristic and very pleasant place with the fireplace lit which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent food and friendly, quick service. A walk around the beautiful Fara concluded the trip pleasantly.

Very particular place carved into the rock, very good food, fair but not impeccable service. Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars because unfortunately in the pappardelle with mushrooms and olives I found a small dead worm fortunately right next to the mushroom but I didn't ask for the dish to be remade because the mushrooms were fresh and could be felt therefore I understand the genuineness of the product and being it can happen on land.

Very pleasant atmosphere in this somewhat remote restaurant, but which made the journey to reach it very pleasant. We had a nice evening, eating well. Also excellent for my vegetarian partner, who found several dishes suited to her needs

Ristorante collocato nel centro storico di Fara in Sabina, semplice, bene curato ed elegante. Bellissima la sala con il cammino. Abbiamo preso due bruschette ai fegatelli e tartufo e poi il classico rigatone all’ Amatriciana e tagliolini al tartufo ottimi e al dente. Servizio curato, si sono mostrati gentili ed educati. I went for lunch on Sunday with my family, we took the delicious tasting menu, delicious, right quantities and excellent food! The service is excellent and the place is very nice and intimate. Fair price. I highly recommend it! Very welcome. Jordan

Tutto ottimo. Dalla location al servizio, ma sopratutto cibo e vini! Prodotti tutti del territorio, e menù ricercato, a prezzi decisamente abbordabili. Ci sono numerose rivisitazioni di piatti classici della cucina laziale. Eccezionali gli antipasti (da provare assolutamente la zuppa di ceci e la trippa, delicata come mai l'ho trovata sinora). Di primo abbiamo provato le tagliatelle alla sabinese ed i rigatoni con pajata e tartufo. Ottima la selezione di vini! Da ritornare per provare gli altri piatti (e gli altri vini...). Location molto carina, scavata nella roccia ed arredata con gusto. Personale educato e preparato, una rarità negli ultimi tempi. A condire il tutto: il posto è appena a due passi da uno dei belvedere più belli del Lazio, dal quale è possibile ammirare tutta la piana del tevere e Roma. Torneremo presto!!
