The best vegetarian burger I’ve ever tasted. Everyone else had a meat dish which was also very good but I had to comment on the burger as it was delicious.

One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Tuscany. The food is great and creative, portions are not too big which lets you try different dishes, the wine list is very rich. Tiramisu is definitely a must try!

A unique place in Pienza and thank goodness it's there! I would say that this team of young restaurateurs has really hit the mark by setting up a fantastic, beautiful, relaxing, stylish location and without absolutely losing contact with the WONDERFUL territory in which they are located! From the point of view of their culinary offering, I must say that my partner and I truly left delighted and satisfied. A unique, original, creative and lively menu and, as mentioned before, anchored to the raw materials, ingredients and local suppliers. Everything is then reworked and proposed again on unique dishes in the panorama of Pienza, but I would say in the whole of Val d'Orcia! In fact, in two weeks, this is the fifteenth different restaurant that we have tried and, just as we have very clear ideas about who to award the crown for the best trattoria, it is clear that La Bandita deserves the award for the best innovative restaurant in the area, obviously in our opinion. We had dinner outside, appreciating the beautiful setting in which we found ourselves and if the wind picks up... no problem, the attentive and efficient service is ready to provide warm blankets to warm up. The menu is dry, essential and absolutely based on local raw materials, but forget the pici, crostoni, platters and melted pecorino cheese, but open your mind, and your stomach, to innovation and creativity. We did so and had a fantastic Panzanella cream with red prawn where only one thing was missing: another red prawn!, while I had a superlative Chianina tartare with quail egg, watermelon (incredibly apt combination) and yoghurt. Afterwards we both had a fantastic Chianina burger with pecorino cheese and homemade mayonnaise. Simply superb! For dessert I had their cheese plate, while my girlfriend was tempted by their white chocolate semifreddo with honeycomb and berry ice cream. The service was excellent, lingering at our table several times to make sure everything was fine, professional and friendly. Truly a unique place in the Pienza restaurant scene.

Ristorante di cucina tipica toscana ma molto ricercata. Personale molto preparato e disponibile nel consigliare i migliori abbinamenti. Piacevole la saletta esterna riscaldata con vista sulla cucina dove si possono vedere le preparazioni dei piatti.

Beautiful Pienza restaurant with outstanding service. Menu was unique but anyone could find something to eat here. Fresh pasta. Great wine list. A beautiful garden in back but it was raining so we stayed inside. Would highly recommend.
