I ate a flatbread with lard and truffle cream... monstrously good. Congrats on the raw material. The gin and tonic was good with a gin I had never tasted.

We find ourselves in San Quirico for lunch time and as usual we like to stay "light" after reading the various reviews we head towards what seems to be the place they are talking about, well a very kind guy welcomes us, we immediately notice that we are they're also locals so I think so it must be really good. Confirmation is coming soon! Truly excellent quality products in an environment that deserves to be a little more cared for to be truly perfect. It corresponds exactly to what is said of a place where I would return every time I want a special snack. Kindness and quality. We have good focaccias and crostone but the focaccias deserve more. An authentic, welcoming, simple place that offers an authentic experience of Italian life and cuisine. Excellent raw materials, the Chianti mustard with cheeses is delicious, the Cinta Senese lard has an exceptional flavour, as do all the cold cuts and cheeses. Kindness and attention to the customer do the rest, an address to recommend and remember.
