Do you like to eat well, local food and also not leave the restaurant still hungry? Here you really have everything. Very, very good food and generous portions. Menu with several local dishes. Try 4 courses, all spectacular. Pampered by the staff who serve you in local clothes. Cozy and clean. As I am very demanding, I didn't find anything that wasn't right. If you pass through Cogne it would be really foolish not to stop here.

Locale tipico di montagna con un servizio non sempre puntuale e talvolta distratto. Tagliere tipico buono e abbondante, costine di maiale segnalate come loro specialità secche e stoppose. Dolci buoni. Prezzi medi. Non ci tornerei.

I can't say enough good things about it!!! The place looks very good, rustic and a little retro, as one expects it to be, in VdA. Cuisine that recalls tradition, with strong technical innovations and simplifications or lightening of the dishes. All made even more pleasant by an adequate wine list and the courtesy of the staff. Good service (haven't seen an amuse bouche in years) I spent almost little compared to the quality of the food and service. Well done! We will definitely be back

Warm and welcoming place, typical mountain atmosphere. Local dishes, well prepared and with an exquisite flavour. I recommend it to anyone in the area.

Un baluardo della tradizione valdostana ben gestito con impegno da staff giovane e cortese. L’ambiente e la presentazione dei piatti sono parte integrante di un’esperienza convincente con ovviamente al centro contenuti gastronomici eccellenti. Buonissimi gnocchetti di polenta con abbondante ragù di cinghiale, spettacolare trota di Lillaz ben pulita e presentata con profumo d’erbe di montagna, ma anche la carne bovina alla valdostana e gli invitanti dessert. Conto più che ragionevole visto l’alto grado di soddisfazione. Bravi

29/03/2024: Excellent restaurant among many self-proclaimed "typical" proposals of very variable quality. I found some truly exceptional first courses, second courses perhaps of a more traditional nature but always executed with perfect technique and top raw materials. Excellent wine selection, friendly and quick service even when the place is full. Correct price for the quality (60-100€ per person on average).
05/03/2024: 📝 Very good food in this restaurant in Courmayeur despite a service slightly below expectations for being on the Michelin guide. 🍴 I tried a plate of winter vegetables as a starter: good and well presented. The tagliatelle with meat sauce were excellent. The larded beef fillet was also very good. The portions were right in my opinion. The dessert was also excellent. 📍 The restaurant is located in the center of Courmayeur and the furnishings are elegant and pleasant.
