A little place that is undervalued compared to what it deserves for the quality of the dishes and the originality of the combinations offered. As a first experience, we were all fully satisfied. The only flaw lies in the impossibility of being able to read a paper menu, as they do not have one... and having the only method of verbal list... therefore it takes an iron memory!!!

On Sunday we managed to have two seats, in a very full place, excellent service, unique starters, first courses with fresh pasta, maccaroni with wild boar and gnocchi stuffed with cheese and finally delicious pork shank with good baked potatoes 👏👏 to be returned

In Martone it is an institution. La Collinetta is a fundamental stop for lovers and enthusiasts of Calabrian cuisine.
The added value of this place is the ability to use typical local products to create new and original dishes. It is really difficult to find a typical restaurant in Calabria that offers original dishes without claiming to offer Gourmet cuisine.
At Collinetta the "Gourmet" is in the flavors, leaving decorative aesthetics and micro quantities in the background.
All presented and served with competence and courtesy.

Ambiente accogliente. Personale qualificato, gentile e disponibile. Menu molto ricco (non ho trovato la versione digitale o cartacea). Piatti tradizionali , ma anche non comuni, preparati in modo perfetto, dall'antipasto al dolce. Si rimane molto soddisfatti anche dopo il conto! Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente anche con altri amici e parenti! Ad maiora semper!
