We went to this restaurant twice during our stay in Florence. The dishes are typical Tuscan, well prepared and very good. The owner speaks French which is a plus to help us choose the dishes. It should be noted that she is very pleasant as well as her staff.

A place of the heart in Florence. Owners and staff always friendly, smiling and professional. The food is delicious, without frills, but of the highest quality and tastes like "home". Informal, but still well-kept place, suitable for a quick lunch break but also for meals in the company of friends and relatives.

Simple atmosphere, like a genuine trattoria without many pretensions. In peace you can enjoy simple and tasty dishes of local and non-local home cooking. Traditional flavors have an excellent taste precisely because of their simplicity. The service is always very courteous and polite. Good value for money.

Locale piccolo ma molto carino con piatti tipici Toscani non lontano dal centro. Personale di sala molto simpatico che ti fa sentire come se stessi a casa di amici. Abbiamo mangiato degli antipasti tra cui la lingua di vitello, cucinata davvero in modo impeccabile, dei primi e la fiorentina, anch'essa con cottura perfetta e sapore delizioso.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, c'è stata un po' di confusione con i tempi di uscita dei piatti ma nulla che possa rovinarti la serata! Rapporto qualità/prezzo l'ho trovato giusto. Vino consigliato molto buono. Tutto buonissimo! Lo consiglio!

My experience and that of the six friends with whom I went to this restaurant was more than positive.
The kind and friendly nature of the owners stood out starting from the reservation in which I asked if there was a typical dish of the city, "pappa al pomodoro", which some of us wanted to try. The owner replied that it was only available in summer but told me that there was a similar and equally valid alternative, ribollita. After some convincing on my part towards my travel companions and culinary experiences who were slightly saddened by the absence of tomato soup, we went to the restaurant. The place is really nice, there is a pleasant air that immediately makes you feel at ease, in fact we chatted pleasantly throughout dinner, feeling like we were at home. As for the food, we ordered three portions of pumpkin lasagna, a gricia, two tagliatelle with meat sauce and I, who had booked, couldn't help but order the ribollita, having said on the phone that it looked very good. According to the diners, all the dishes were to their taste, the gricia also turned out to be good despite it being a non-typical dish, the same can be said for the lasagne and tagliatelle, but some of us who ordered the former complained a little the portions are not exactly abundant. Among other things, we were served chickpea hummus with the bread, with a delicate flavor and excellent for spreading on the bread which, I don't mind the Tuscans, in this way had at least a bit of flavor given the terrible absence of salt characteristic of this region. Finally, as regards the bill and the prices, these are in line with the quality of the food, we asked to pay separately and we were not given any problems, among other things the service was impeccable, kind and attentive to our requests. The only negative note that I feel like making about this place is that there are no dishes with acorns as an ingredient, the name of the restaurant is therefore misleading and could create more than one discontent among some passing squirrels who decide to go there.

A restaurant with an atmosphere for Florentines, here you will find Italian cuisine with an original and truly Italian atmosphere. Delicious food, absolutely lovely service. Frequently changing menu and excellent rose wine from the Tuscan island of Elba.

Nulla da rilevare in negativo, se non l’eccessivo rapporto prezzo-qualità, ma credo che questo sia un difetto cronico di Firenze dove per ogni cosa il prezzo risulta gonfiato. A parte questo, è un buon ristorante dove si mangia bene e tranquilli e a Firenze può essere raccomandato.
