The food was great, as was the service. We ate the Florentine which was served to us on a grill which allowed us to consume it hot until the last bite. The rest was also very good, including the coffee which is not something to be taken for granted in a restaurant. The staff were very friendly and kind, who served the dishes very punctually.

Lovely place, with attention to detail. If you eat outside you can choose between the tables in the characteristic alley or in the belvedere overlooking the very romantic historic center of Bomarzo. Delicious and refined food, courteous staff, absolutely correct prices. Absolutely recommended.

A pleasant surprise a few steps from the Sacro Bosco. Very clean and welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. Compliments to the kitchen, absolutely not to be missed are the local dishes (coda alla vaccinara, tripe, offal, strawata) which are truly excellent, the only serious flaw is that I wasn't able to eat more 🤭.

Happened by chance before a tour of the Sacred Grove. Friendly service, great food. The fried parcel is addictive. The spaghetti with cream of black cabbage, sausage and sautéed bread is excellent. Baked potatoes not to be missed. Tender and juicy meat (their signature dish!). Well made and tasty classic tiramisu. We will definitely return if we are in the area again. Fair account for the quality and quantity. Interesting musical selection.

Pranzo con amiche e due cani al seguito in questo ristorantino di Bomarzo. Ambiente davvero curato con una parte esterna e una terrazza panoramica davvero molto molto bella! Il ristorante è gestito da ragazzi giovani, cortesi, sorridenti, educati e con la voglia di far sentire il cliente davvero coccolato. La fraschetta utilizza materie prime di produzione propria (sono allevatori) o di provenienza locale. Il menù è fortemente orientato alla stagionalità e propone piatti per nulla scontati negli abbinamenti. Abbiamo assaggiato un gran tagliere con verdure, salumi e formaggi, polpettine e frittelle di broccoli, tutto molto molto buono, poi tortelli con burrata radicchio pancetta croccante e nocciole che erano a dir poco ottimi. Vellutata di cavolo viola molto saporita e per finire un abbacchio fritto che meritava da solo il viaggio. Anche l’impiattamento non ha scontentato i più esigenti di noi. Le porzioni più che abbondanti. Lo consiglio per la qualità dei prodotti, per l’abilità con cui sono stati cucinati e per la cortesia e la gentilezza di chi ce l’ha serviti. Complimenti ragazzi, davvero bravi! P.s. Il prezzo pagato lo vale tutto.

Locale veramente molto carino. Personale gentilissimo e cibo delizioso. La maggior parte dei piatti sono composti con materia prima di propria produzione.
