This place is just wonderful. Beautiful and the inside is much better looking than the outside. Maria, the owner is very kind and very classy, ​​in a way that is not common today. She makes every guest staying there or just coming to dine feel special. The food is excellent as is the service. The pool is gorgeous. it's not an easy find (though not super hard. I just really enjoy coming here. And I make a point of bringing out of town guests here and special events in our life. This place is simply wonderful. Nel cuore dell'Umbria, vicino ad Amelia, un Relais da sogno. Tutto è curato con meticolosità, ogni singolo particolare, vuoi un mobile, un lampadario, un soprammobile sono la testimonianza dell'amore che Maria, la proprietaria, ha riversato nella sua "creatura". E vogliamo parlare della cena? Si può mangiare nel grande salone, oppure in salette private, ognuna differente dall'altra, e riscoprire i sapori della tradizione umbra coniugati con audaci sperimentazioni che stupiscono ogni volta i ( fortunati) commensali. E per il bere visitiamo la cantina fornita di numerose etichette, sia del territorio circostante che provenienti da regioni dove il vino è una religione. Abbiamo soggiornato e gustato la cucina alla "Gabelletta" e di sicuro... ci ritorneremo.

Ottimo pranzo di Natale, ambiente caldo ,rilassante e confortevole,abbiamo avuto a disposizione una saletta privata ed è stato come stare a casa.Piqtti curati e buoni ,discreta carta dei vini, personale di sala molto attento ,professionale e disponibile.Buom rapporto qualità - prezzo.
